Fit 60+

We are introducing a new fitness program in January called Fit 60+, instructed by Tom Holcomb.

​

The class will be Tuesday & Thursday from 10-11AM in the South Activity Room.

​

It is designed for Seniors who have good, fair, or even fading mobility & strength. The class will strive to improve physical health through fun, effective, & challenging cardio, strength & balance training.

​

It will provide a safe runway for everyone, including those who may be at a compromised point in their fitness journey.​
