Stay in the know about what's happening here at the Delos V smith Senior Center!
Fit 60+
We are introducing a new fitness program in January called Fit 60+, instructed by Tom Holcomb.
The class will be Tuesday & Thursday from 10-11AM in the South Activity Room.
It is designed for Seniors who have good, fair, or even fading mobility & strength. The class will strive to improve physical health through fun, effective, & challenging cardio, strength & balance training.
It will provide a safe runway for everyone, including those who may be at a compromised point in their fitness journey.

There will be no Simply Good cooking demonstration and no Vintage Story Time in December.

The Heart of Kansas Quilt Guild meeting for January is on Monday, January 26th.

Anyone wishing to exhibit their arts & crafts from Jewelry, Fun with Brushes, Knit & Crocheting & Fused Glass, see Lisa Radi.
You may sell items, if you wish, you would need an inventory list & items priced to do so.
