This month's Lunch-N-Learn will feature Sara Nowlans from Sunshine Meadows. Sara will speak on "Empowering Seniors to Self-Advocate for their Health." This event is free, but you must sign up to attend on Tuesday the 16th. We will start serving lunch at 11:15.
