Blackberry-Bacon Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 pieces bacon, cooked until crispy
3 T. blackberry jam
1 T. butter
Instructions
Butter one side of each bread slice. Place one slice, butter-side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
Layer Swiss cheese and bacon on the bread in the skillet. Spread blackberry jam on the non-buttered side of the second bread slice, and place it jam-side down on top of the ingredients.
Cook until the bread is golden-brown and cheese has melted, flipping once.
Serve immediately for the best taste experience.
