Simple Shepherd's Pie
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 T. ketchup
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 c. mixed vegetables, frozen
1 c. milk
2 T. butter
3/4 c. shredded cheese
1 sm. container Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes
Instructions
Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well-browned, stirring to break up meat. Pour off fat.
Stir soup, ketchup, black pepper, and mixed vegetables into skillet. Spoon beef mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
Top mixture with potatoes.
Bake at 400˚F for 15 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned. Take out of the oven; sprinkle cheese on top; and bake for 5 more minutes.
